ASK YOURSELF: What if I don't take the risk, what if I don't see the possibility?

"Anything’s possible if you’ve got enough nerve."

- JK Rowling -

- The chance that something may exist, happen or be true.

Isn't it interesting that as children we tend to be fearless, we will do or try anything & in our small eyes, anything is possible.

Obviously as we grow older our brain kicks in and wants to save us from any potential harm, so through our life experiences we become more guarded & we don't take as much risks, we build walls to save ourselves. We also become self conscious and go through periods of time where we are concerned with what others might see us or how we might or might not fit in.

We will fall into moments where we just don't see the light at the end of the tunnel or we are so overwhelmed by our lives that we just don't see any possibilities & we assume that nothing will go our way.

If something feels too difficult, we tend to fall back to the I can't do it or there is just not possible way.

Does this sound familiar?

Here is how possibilites saved me in times where I felt in a dark corner with no possibilities & how I used this to step into my power & create my own possibilities.

When I set a goal, any goal, I ask myself:

Is it possible? 10 out of 10 times the answer will be YES, you see, when you put your mind to something anything is possible.

  • Is it possible for me to be happier? YES

  • Is it possible for me to feel better tomorrow? YES

  • Is it possible for me to create a successful business? YES

  • Is it possible for me to have a happy marriage? YES

  • Is it possible for me to stop drinking/do drugs or whatever my crutch is? YES

You merely have to understand that it is possible & build around the possibility.

80% of your LIFE is around the WHY.

  • Why are you doing something?

  • Why are you triggered by something.

  • Why do you want to be successful.

  • Why do you want to feel empowered.

When you truly dig into the WHY, you realise only 20% is the HOW.

How are you going to do it?

Now that you have seen the possibilities in your life, how are you going to STEP UP & actually do something about it. Understand, no one is coming to save you, no one is going to do it for you, it is up to you to DECIDE, that today is the day. Today is the day that I step into the phenomianl human that I am.

Today I am actually prioritising my possibilities & building onto it.

If you have answered yes to a possibility in your life, what is one thing you can physically diarise as a TO-DO in your calendar to tick off. You do not have to overwhelm yourself, you have time.

But you have to truly step into the ACTION, you have to SHOW UP FOR YOU!

Change how you speak to yourself & others:

Instead of saying, I can't, or I hope to, or maybe one day....

**Those words can leave you feeling like you are falling short.

Why not say: I choose to ......then decide what is your action plan.

  • I choose to be happier.

  • I choose to live a fulfilled life.

It is really all about how we speak to ourselves!

Next time you feel stuck, I want you to ask yourself.

Is it possible for me to truly move through this?

I promise you, the answer will always be YES, thus opening yourself up to great energy & moving towards evolving & growing even more!

  • Develop the skills to overcome fear and self-doubt.

  • See the real possibilities in front of you.

  • Feel confident you can create what comes next.

  • Be the change you want to see.

  • Create the habits and life you really want

  • Continue to grow and achieve what you are truly capable of achieving.

  • Understand who you are and what you value.

  • Understand others and what they value.

The person who is motivated by possibility is interested in what’s not known. He wants to know what can evolve, what opportunities might develop.

Fill her brain with images of new avenues to be explored, new dimensions to be opened, new things to be discovered.

Next time, remember everything is possible for you, you just have to ask!
